Loot Palm Reading Reader collects and stores the following data from merchants who install the app:
We do not collect, store, or transmit any data about your customers. Palm analysis is performed entirely in the customer's browser using the device camera. No camera images or video are ever sent to our servers.
The palm reading widget uses the customer's device camera to detect hand landmarks in real time. All processing happens locally in the browser via MediaPipe. No images, video, or biometric data leave the customer's device at any point.
The app requests read access to your store's product catalog solely to display product recommendations inside the widget. We do not store product data on our servers.
Merchant settings (shop domain and accent color) are stored securely in a hosted database. This data is used only to configure and operate the widget on your storefront.
We do not sell, rent, or share any merchant or customer data with third parties.
When you uninstall the app, your merchant data is deleted from our database within 48 hours. To request immediate deletion, email contact@lootcomics.com.
